This morning I picked up a rental car at Oakwood, that Nero will be paying for the duration of my stay in LA. I had to wait about an hour for the formular to be filled by the slow Enterprise rent-a-car employee, who were extremely reluctant to let me go with an extra ‘Enterprise’ insurance, dropped his mobile, dropped the key, had trouble with the printer… I was rather confident that the insurance was a trick, a waste of money and that Nero Inc had already the required insurance. Indeed, this was confirmed by Isabelle as I arrived at work. Plus, although I did had a reservation, they did not had the economy car available, so gave me a convertible, but that I have to return within 24 hours. I really hope they won’t take another hour to change the car tomorrow!!!
