9, the magic number

4 direct reports, 2 contingency staff employees, 1 vendor, and two additional full time employees (assigned for a few months to our projects to improve the product’s quality). That’s it, I’m distributing work for more people than I think I ever did at my previous job. 2 years and a half, it took enough time to get there. The last few weeks have been busy, and there next few are going to be as well.

    Papa aime beaucoup le " pour alléger ton boulot". La maison ne recule devant aucun sacrifice.

    Hum, ceux qui savent se debrouiller comme des grands, c\’est pas vraiment un probleme (et je les garde). Je veux bien te filer deux tetes de mule, mais sur un bateau, tu risques fort de te retrouver a ramer dans la barque de secours avant d\’avoir compris pourquoi.
