US measures “Pâte feuilletée” recipe

1 cup flour

Slightly less than 1/2 cup water. Maybe 7 Tbps of water?

13 Tbps (unsalted) butter, at room temperature.

1 tsp salt

    Wait, 250 g flour is 1 cup? Wow, that was wrong. Make it 2 cups please. And yet, going for the scale this is tricky: the denser flour I am using currently makes it to 250 g with just 1 1/2 cups. Time for more testing of the ratios.

    Water conversion was wrong as well. 10 Tbps, or 5/8 cup is what the scale tells me.
    13 Tbps of butter was correct.
