Chinese 5 spices chicken wings, pork ribs

This is one of our favorite recipes:

As we do not have sweet chili sauce, we replaced it with a teaspoon of chili powder and a table spoon of water. Likely not the same taste, but we are happy with the extra spice.

Also we found that the same preparation works very well with pork ribs.
